Dear Tea Lovers,
Sitting in my office, on one of those beautiful rainy days in India, my pipping hot cup of Tea seems like the perfect way to unwind. The smoke arising from my teacup set against the moist window glass looked truly photogenic. The pouring of the rain makes way for some celebration time with Tea & Fritters. This post is going to be about the tea celebration that we have while it rains 🙂
JIVRAJ GROUP is based in the Diamond City ~ Surat in Gujarat, India. Gujarat is well known for its billions of colors, silk sarees, diamonds, years long maintained traditions and its CHA ( Tea called in Gujarati Language ). I had mentioned about the CHAI KITLIS in my previous post. In every city of Gujarat, one can find the flock of Tea lovers on such Tea stalls in every nook and corner. Thus, one can always have the pleasure of getting mesmerized by the aroma of hot masala tea at any time of the day. But the best part is the love, value and demand of TEA, Cha which rises up exponentially in the monsoons. The first showers are celebrated like any other festival in the country.
In Gujarat, the first showers of monsoon are welcomed with yummy vegetable fritters and hot pipping tea.
The warmth of the tea and fritters brings together family and friends. People flock around their favorite places like the Dumas Beach in Surat City or the Swati restaurant in Ahmedabad city of Gujarat. We, at JIVRAJ TEA LTD. , as the manufacturers of Packaged Tea take pride in the fact that our product is consumed and relished by millions and undoubtedly, has become the source of warmth and happiness.
